How prices and payments work. DRAFT. This text is a first version for review. It has not been checked by a lawyer, and highlighted [brackets] still need decisions or details.
1. Prices
All prices are shown in Indian rupees before you pay. A session, event, daily service or plan shows its full price, its length or number of days, and what is included. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. [Confirm whether prices include GST and other taxes]
2. How prices are set
- Some services have a fixed price set by us.
- Some let the provider choose their price within a range we set. You see the provider's price before you book.
- Plans give you a set number of sessions or days for one price.
3. Paying
You pay online through the methods shown at checkout, handled by our payment partner. [Name the partner and accepted methods] We do not keep your card or UPI details.
4. Plans and daily services
A plan or daily service says when it starts, how long it runs and when it ends or renews. [Confirm renewal rules] Stopping early is covered in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5. Receipts
You receive a confirmation for each payment and can see your bookings and plans in your account. [Confirm invoice/receipt arrangements]
