1. Agreement

2. What AstroHQ is

AstroHQ is a platform where independent providers (astrologers, tarot readers, pandits, palmists, numerologists, vastu experts and others) offer services to you: sessions by chat, call or video, events such as havans, daily services such as a daily pooja, advice and remedies, and products from our shop. The providers are independent. We provide the platform, take bookings and payments, and check providers as described below; the service itself, and the advice in it, is given by the provider.

3. Who can use it

• You must be 18 or older [confirm age] and able to enter a contract.
• Give true details and keep them up to date. One person, one account.
• Keep your sign-in code, PIN and password private. You are responsible for what is done through your account.

4. Booking and using services

• The price, length, kind of service and what is included are shown before you pay. A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation.
• Sessions, events and daily services run at the times shown. Be ready at the time and use the link or details we send.
• If a provider cannot deliver, we will tell you and offer another time, a different provider or a refund as set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
• Events have limited seats. If an event is full you may join a waitlist; a place is not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation.

5. Payments

6. Your conduct

You must not: break the law; abuse, threaten or harass a provider or anyone else; share content that is unlawful, hateful, sexual or violent; ask for or give services that are harmful or illegal; pretend to be someone else; record or share a session without the other person's permission; attempt to bypass the platform to avoid paying for a service you found here; misuse, copy or interfere with the service. We may remove content, suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

7. Providers

Providers apply, are reviewed by our team, and must keep their details true. A "Verified" mark means we have checked the details described in our verification process, not that we guarantee any result. Providers use a display name that may differ from their legal name. Providers are bound by our Provider Terms.

8. Reviews

You may review a provider after a service. Reviews must be honest and about your own experience. We may publish, hide or remove a review that breaks these terms or the law.

9. Astrology is guidance, not a guarantee

Astrology and related services give guidance and opinion. They do not guarantee any outcome and do not replace medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Please read the Disclaimer. You decide what to do with what you are told and you are responsible for those decisions.

10. Messages

By giving us your email or mobile number you agree that we may send you service messages (confirmations, reminders, changes and remedies) by email and SMS, even if your number is on a do-not-disturb list, because they are part of the service you asked for. 11. Our content

The website, its design, text, images and software belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal use of the service and may not copy, sell or reuse them without our written permission. You keep ownership of what you submit and give us the right to use it to run the service.

12. Suspension and ending

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account, or refuse a service, if you break these terms, misuse the platform or if the law requires. Amounts owed and your obligations under these terms continue after an account is closed.

13. Our responsibility

We take care in running the platform, but we do not promise that it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for the content of a provider's advice, for decisions you make because of it, or for loss that we could not reasonably foresee. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under consumer protection law or removes responsibility that the law does not allow to be excluded. 14. Complaints and disputes
